Good News and Bad News on Continuation of Care
I have had one successful case using the Continuation of Care form. However, my second request was not so successful.
I just received a telephone call from a representative of Cigna informing us that our request was denied because this Continuation of Care form cannot be used for O and P!!!
Thanks Cigna! Funny how the rules change midstream in this fiasco!
